A Knee Replacement Gone Bad

DURING the three years that Marley battled lung cancer, new tumors kept popping up in new places. One such tumor attacked the bottom of his thigh bone, behind the knee cap. Fortunately, Western medicine had an “easy” fix—a total knee replacement. Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t work like they are designed to.

Someone in Marley’s Network sent me the following recipe as a cure-all. The story of where this recipe came from was crazy, but because I knew all of the ingredients to be healing agents I thought, “Sure, why not mix up a batch.” I was blown away by the healing results. Give it try. I bet you’ll find most of these ingredients in your kitchen.

This recipe, and the story behind the original e-mail can be found on page 128 of Marley Rides.

Marley’s Gift

Jennifer’s book, Marley Rides is a gift to all fortunate enough to read it. It is at once both a beautifully written memorial to a remarkable young man, and a testament to the power of love and individuality. Marley Rides is so much more than just a sad story about a boy dying of cancer. It is instead an inspirational story of a boy defying the odds and living life to the fullest each and every day. Marley was no ordinary boy either; there was something magical about him. He had an uncanny ability to reach beyond peoples natural defenses and touch the very soul of everyone he came in contact with along his miraculous, albeit abbreviated journey.
